Lorna Hegarty, CHRL, MCC, M.A., B.Sc., Ad. Ed. Dip., and I’m the President of LCH Resources Ltd. With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, I’ve had the privilege of building a rewarding career across Canada, the United States, and internationally. I’m a published author and a recognized expert, often invited to share my insights on TV, radio, and in reputable publications like the Toronto Star. As a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and a trainer in fields such as Advanced Negotiation and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the clients I work with.

I have an extensive career in the corporate world, having worked across various sectors. With a strong commitment to education, I’ve had the privilege of teaching at York University, Confederation College, and the Human Resources Professionals Association.
 

I’m a proud graduate of the University of Toronto and Saint Francis Xavier University, holding a Diploma in Adult Education and an MBA. As a dedicated coach, I empower executives, teams, business owners, and individuals to achieve meaningful change in their lives and careers.
