Lorna Hegarty, CHRL, MCC, M.A., B.Sc., Ad. Ed. Dip., is the President of LCH Resources Ltd. For over 25 years, Lorna has had a successful career in Human Resources, having worked throughout Canada and the United States, as well as internationally. She is a published author and has been invited to share her specialized knowledge in the media, on TV and radio, in addition to being published in the Toronto Star. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), credentialed through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her expertise is diverse, and includes her Certification in Advanced Negotiation and Mediation Skills and Alternative Dispute Resolution through the Law Society of Upper Canada. In addition, Lorna is a Master Certified Trainer, certified by the Body Language Institute, as well as a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She has spent many years in the corporate world in a variety of sectors. Lorna has shared her knowledge through teaching positions at York University and Confederation College, in addition to teaching at the Human Resources Professionals Association. Lorna is a graduate of the University of Toronto, as well as Saint Francis Xavier University, with a Diploma in Adult Education. She also has earned a Master of Business and Administration degree. As a coach, she has worked with executives, teams, business owners, and individuals wanting to make meaningful change.
